All suspension needs periodic maintenance to function smoothly, safely, and avoid expensive wear and tear. Our Fork & Shock Services are specifically designed to refresh your suspension with minimal fuss and expense. Our services include disassembly of your fork / shock, comprehensive cleaning & inspection for wear or damage, replacement of all dynamic or key sealing components, then reassembly using manufacturer approved fluids / gases.
If your fork or shock is working but just needs a refresh then this is for you.
If your suspension is leaking, not working properly, over 2 years old or you want to treat it and yourself to something a bit special – Check out our Rebuilds & Tuning below.
Fork & Shock Services are available for all Fox & RockShox products and CaneCreek Double Barrel Coil & Double Barrel Air shocks (not Inline).

Fork & Shock Rebuilds
Rebuilds start with a dyno test to check and a record of your current settings. We then completely disassemble your fork / shock (including the fork damping cartridge). All parts are cleaned and assessed for damage / wear. Fork bushings are then calibrated to correct tolerances, then your fork/shock is reassembled using SKF / NSR-Racing high performance seals, fluids specific to your requirements and charged with Nitrogen to ensure consistent performance.
The fork / shock is then dyno tested again. This second dyno test verifies all functions are performing correctly, and is checked against our baseline test for the specific Brand & Model. Then we use the Dyno testing to produce the ideal base settings for your suspension. This means you can be sure your suspension is going to perform exactly how it should and takes all the guesswork out of setting up your suspension.

Tuning
NSR-Racing Performance Tuning maximises & personalises the performance of your suspension. We start with a Rebuild, then, depending on your requests, work to optimise the spring and damping systems to suit your requirements.
Spring upgrades include Air Volume Optimisation, Andreani Pro Impact, Super Alloy Racing Springs, Race Only Springs and NSR-Racing custom coil conversions.
Damping upgrades include NSR-Racing High Performance piston kits, Andreani / Öhlins piston kits and dyno proven revalving based on the manufacturers original pistons

Data Acquisition & Bike Setup

Our location at Maydena Bike Park is perfect for bike setup and data acquisition. Using Stendec Data Systems we can log every movement of your bike in a run, including your weight shifts and braking – we then analyze this to help you make the most of your bikes settings and to enhance your riding techniques.
